Decode HTML encoded text into plain text. HTML text is contained inside HTML elements and contains character entities which represent characters that cannot be directly stored as text data. These characters are either reserved characters that are used by HTML to indicate markup or Unicode characters which cannot be included in ASCII encoded text.

There are three ways to represent character entities, by unicode decimal code, by unicode hexadecimal code, and by predefined entities with special codes.
